Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TTC Status mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

TTC Status provides information about Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) service status, including alerts, delays, and schedules. The information is provided for convenience and may not always be accurate or up-to-date.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Social Login

Our App offers the option to sign in using third-party services such as Google and Apple. By using these services to sign in, you agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. You also authorize us to collect and use information from these services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TTC Status and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TTC Status be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
